Angling Technics - Procat Bait boat Mk II Review

<< Back to Reviews                                                         Microcat Review >>

About

This is my personal favourite, and the cheapest in the Angling Technics range. Its a lightweight design coming in at only 2.75kg including the battery. Can carry up to 1kg of bait (Angling Technics claim 0.75kg but I've squeezed a 1kg bag of boilies in her without any trouble). This boat is quiet, has lights on all four sides for those night missions, and has a built in battery monitor when your running low on juice (the lights continuously flash). The range of this boat is 200m, which is way more than you'd want to take a boat out anyway. Its strong, reasonably fast, and has good manoeuvrability. I've had this boat under lots of overhanging trees / snags, and never got it stuck.
